Lifeboats / Davits / Winch System Inspection

• Annual Inspection of Lifeboats and Davits as per latest IMO regulations.

• Annual service approved by lifeboat and davit makers or service under flag register with class supervision. 5 yearly test including load test of lifeboats and davits. Re-hooking of lifeboats and davits.

In cases where our company and/or our Service Engineers do not have particular manufacturer approval, according to IMO Circular MSC/Circ. 1206 we can carry out services as “competent person” under class inspector supervision and Flag approval.

Fire-fighting equipment

• Fire extinguishers’ annual inspection / refilling / hydrotest

• Fixed fire extinguishing systems’ inspection (CO2 system, water mist system, galley CO2 system, fixed foam system, wet chemical system)

• CO2 system visual inspection of control valves blow air through. Two yearly inspection includes level check of all cylinders. Five yearly inspection: internal inspection of control valves. Ten yearly inspection is cylinder hydrostatic pressure test and internal inspection (min 10%)
